Services

At A Plus Lead Dust Testing, we specialize in providing precise and accurate lead dust inspection services to residents and landlords. Our dedicated team ensures thorough inspections, detailed reports, and expert advice to address any lead dust concerns.

The fee for this service is based upon the # of bedrooms on the property. The City of Philadelphia requires that each "rental unit" be lead-safe certified (i.e. a single-family house is 1 certification, a duplex is 2 separate certifications, a triplex is 3 separate certifications, and will follow the below for each certification).

A Plus Lead Dust Testing is proud to offer our services throughout the greater Philadelphia area. We are happy to serve clients in the tri-county region, including Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties.
